Meet Brad Semmens
- Director & Head Consultant

Brad Semmens is the Founder and Director of Objective Consulting and NutriCeuticals, and the founder of HR tech startup Employield. He is a thought leader in advanced leadership development, specialising in executive leadership coaching and building high-performing teams for Australian SMEs.

Having worked with small businesses, multinationals, and Federal Government, and equipped with a Master’s degree in Business Psychology, Brad combines a deep passion for psychology, personal growth, and systems thinking with real-world application. He is the creator of the ground-breaking leadership framework and assessment tool, the 5 Stances of Leadership™.

Brad brings a practical, robust, and catalysing conversation to leaders who are serious about growth and breaking through their leadership ceiling and helping organisations to create high-performing teams.

Qualifications include: a Master of Business Psychology, Bachelor of Business Management – Majoring in Human Resources Management, Certified Change Management Practitioner, and Certified NLP Master Practitioner, L2 E-Disc Consultant and more.

Brad combines strategic insight, academic rigour, and extensive real-life experience with a hands-on approach to help businesses, business owners, leaders, manager and HR professionals thrive.
