- Director & Head Consultant
Brad Semmens - Director and Head Consultant started Objective Consulting as a result of continuously finding himself with unwavering passion and curiosity at the intersection of people and business.
Brad walks his talk, as founder of NutriCeuticals - a thriving supplement company, and successful consulting business - Objective Consulting. Brad is a highly skilled business consultant with deep expertise in personal and organisational psychology, leadership, people and culture development, and strategy, growth and performance improvement.
With qualifications that include a Master of Business Psychology (current) with the University of Newcastle, Bachelor of Business Management – Majoring in Human Resources Management, Certified Change Management Practitioner, and Certified NLP Master Practitioner, L2 E-Disc Consultant and more. Brad combines strategic insight, academic rigour, and extensive real-life experience with a hands-on approach to help businesses, business owners, leaders, manager and HR professionals thrive.
